CPC (Calcined Petroleum Coke) is produced by heating green petroleum coke in rotary kilns. This process is called calcining and it removes moisture and volatile matter from the green petroleum coke. This product has a sponge-like shape and it plays an important role in the making process of anodes. CPC is mostly used in the Aluminum and Steel industry.
